Ride Schedule Minimize

Classification of Riders:

A: Elite and exeperienced riders preparing for longer races and century rides.  Pace approximately 18-20 mph, at times paces picks up to upper 20s and low 30s.

B: Experienced racers and riders preparing for shorter races and rides.  Pace is approximately 16-20 mph.

C: Some experience and fitness riders seeking to gain more knowledge about road riding and increase fitness.  Pace is approximately 15-18 mph.

1.  For A, B, and C riders.  Flat terrain ride in December mostly:  Saturdays 9am at T&H Brake Shop (Fayetteville, NC) 3 to 4 hours...  mostly steady tempo first 2 hours, then ERS (endurance race simulation for 30 to 45 minutes), then cool down.  After ride provide individual training schedules for the next week.

2.  The AM ride is for A, B, and C riders.  Hilly terrain ride in January and February: Saturdays 9 am at 3772 Youngs Rd, Southern Pines, NC 28387 and ride easy tempo for 3 hours.  

The PM ride is also for A, B, and C riders, but recommend for only A and B riders if already ridden the AM ride.  This ride meets with a local cycling group in Southern Pines at Rainbow Cylcles at 1:30 pm for a faster pace ride for 2.5 to 3 hours.

2.  For A, B, and C riders.  Sundays 9:30 am meet at 3772 Youngs Rd, Southern Pines, NC, 28387, 4 to 5 hours easy pace.
